• Restored Plant Infrastructure incl. 4.5 km railroad and its bridge and productive & storage facilities. • Reorganized the work of the managing staff within dividing of duties and processing in planning and reporting. • Provided effective control of accounts payable and receivable and claims proceedings. • Arranged by hard negotiations return of the largest debts - from only Minsk Tractor Works on 0.5 million USD. • Obtained ability finance transactions with Russia counterparties from RR (Russian Rubles) to USD. • Increased in net revenue from sales of products to 81 million UAH that by 21% more than the previous year. • Ensured the net profit in the amount of 11 million UAH, that on 2.2 times more than the year before. One-year labor contract was completed. Offered conditions for further job were unacceptable.

• Consulting support of business units on project management activities and on investment engineering and on optimization of business processes.

• Restored Danko Group activity on preparation to develop Volnovakha Basalt Deposit (for rockwool heat insulation plant) owned by Company on 2008. From Nov, 2011 activity is stopped due to financing suspend.

• Completed the Project on the first Ukrainian modern rockwool production, incl. construction and commissioning of plant infrastructure - ventilation and heating and gas supply systems and product storage, etc. • Provided required productivity of automated equipment line supplied in 2008 by TECHINT SpA., Italy. • Optimized the management structure and working time of operation units and staff quantity of the plant from 260 persons (07/2009) up to 190 people (12/2010). • Provided a reduction in the variable cost of production by 8%, fixed expenses by 42%, emergency shutdowns by 50%. • Obtained good evaluation of plant state and productivity level within two detailed inspection of plant made by ROCKWOOL INTRENATIONAL A/S (world leader of rockwool production) by the end of 2010. • Obtained recognition the Plant as an “Industry Leader 2010” within the Program of National Business Rating based on State statistics, Diploma the contest participant "The Best of Energy Efficient Technologies» - 2011 under the State Agency for Energy Efficiency & Saving. Tasks defined at plant were performed. It was transferred to next prospective business direction.

• Performed "from scratch" start-up of the company, has recruited specialists - 14 persons worked as Project Management Unit for Ukrainian rockwool insulation plant. • Leaded the development and implementation plant operation improvements such as the quality management system and the effective daily planning to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.

• Completed an objective monitoring construction of the plant DANKO-IZOL. Supported contractual relationship between the Buyer (DANKO) and Seller (TECHINT SpA, Italia). Coordinated activity of 16 Ukrainian subcontractors. Total equipment imported was more than EUR 12 mln. Overall CW cost was more than EUR 4 mln.

• Fulfilled "from scratch" start-up of regional team activity within less than 1,5 months. • Managed effectively regional multi-national team of 26 specialists including 10 expats from EU. • Arranged fruitful interaction with Client’ Regional Office and State / control bodies. • Coordinated successfully joint activity of 20 subcontract companies. • Provided construction and putting on-air and commissioning 40 base stations.

• Achieved winning 11 contracts awarded by BECHTEL NATIONAL, Inc., US for construction works within Cooperative Threat Reduction Program in Ukraine and Ukrainian defense infrastructure repair. • Provided as Project Manager personal responsibility and control of performance construction contracts mentioned on total sum USD 7.4 million. • Built Company’ overseas relationship and served as expert within business trips to India (1994), Morocco (1995), Republic of China – Taiwan (2002), Turkey (2004), Jordan (2004), DR of Congo (2005). • Organized activity of the new-founded Company’ Design Division. • Introduced CAD-development technological documentation for construction works performance.

• Adapted lectured disciplines “Computer Aided Design” (CAD) and “Computer Aided Manufacture” (CAM) to use PC in civil works and mining construction on the basis of the own “double” education and experience.
